We're monitoring the coronavirus situation — offering help when you need it.
The health and safety of our Members and teammembers remains our top priority. We urge everyone to continue following Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines. Together, we can stay calm, safe and healthy.
Financial Concerns? We’re Here for You
If you’ve been impacted by COVID-19, our Help When You Need It Program offers solutions to weather this time of uncertainty. Whether your income has been reduced, or you’re experiencing a temporary layoff, we offer loans along with delaying loan payments, increasing your credit line or waiving fees.
Branches and Operations Centers Will Remain Open
Many of the counties we serve have banned public or private gatherings, closed bars and ordered restaurants to offer take-out or delivery only to curb transmission of the coronavirus. However, credit unions and other financial institutions are considered essential services and are not subject to closure.
That means we’re here to assist you with your daily financial transactions so you can focus on what matters most, taking care of yourself and your family. If you’re more comfortable transacting from home, please use Online and Mobile Banking to check your account balances, make transfers, pay bills, deposit checks and more. You can also call or secure message us when you need to.
We Have the Financial Strength to Endure
Please remember, your Credit Union plans for unfortunate times like these and has the financial strength to endure. In addition, your account is insured up to $250,000 by the NCUA. The NCUA acts in a similar capacity as the FDIC.
We’ll Keep You Updated
We’re always here to serve your financial needs, listen to your concerns, and offer solutions.
Our website and social media channels are the best places to find the most current information, including any changes that may affect Members.
As a community, our continued vigilance adhering to CDC guidelines will help keep everyone safe and healthy. Thank you for doing your part.
