What information do I use to set up my account?
- Account number
- Social Security Number (last four digits)
What does “Sign In Locked” mean?
For your security, SchoolsOnline freezes access to your account when three consecutive unsuccessful sign in attempts have been made on your account.
What happens if I get locked out?
Call the Credit Union at 916-569-5400 (Sacramento area) or 800-962-0990.
Can I use my account number as my username?
No, for security reasons we require a unique username. Username rules are located just to the right of the username setup area.
What if I see a different security phrase and/or image when I’m signing in?
Most likely you have entered your username incorrectly. If you are sure you entered it correctly and your security phrase and/or picture still do not match, DO NOT enter your password. Contact the Credit Union for further assistance.
